30 days to change your mind. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to return
- Write to us through our contact page with your order number.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the piece back unworn, in its original pouch or box.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery is free, so there is nothing else to refund.
Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as described.
Damaged or faulty items
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to pay for postage.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned unworn, with their backs. Gift cards cannot be refunded.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days under UK and EU consumer law.
