What is it made of?
Each product page lists the material under Details. Our robin and cardinal necklaces are 925 sterling silver with hand-painted enamel. Most of our other pieces are silver tone. All our pieces are nickel-free.
How big is it?
Small and light, made to be worn every day. Pendant and chain sizes are listed under Details on each product page.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
UK: order by 4 December. US: order by 2 December. Every order ships with free tracked delivery, and you get a tracking link by email.
Does it come gift-ready?
Every piece arrives in a Mabel pouch. Gift sets come in our keepsake box with a little card. You can also add our Keepsake Gift Box with Message Card to any order.
Do the cat hug earrings need two piercings?
No. The front and back pieces both use your usual piercing.
