Orders
Your order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error; in that case we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency and include any applicable taxes collected at checkout. Delivery is free. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Products
We describe and photograph our jewellery as accurately as we can. Hand-painted details mean small variations between pieces are normal. Materials are listed on each product page.
Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are set out on our delivery page.
Returns
You can return items as set out on our returns page. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
